The manufacturer says:

Blue Thunder is a top quality, high solids, acrylic floor finish, with urethane. Apply with mop, or applicator, and allow first coat to dry for 45 minutes before applying additional coat(s). Specifically designed for high traffic areas where frequent mopping is required. Resistant to black marking and wear. For cleaning and maintenance it may be used with "Blue Knight Spray Buff," which we also have. This may be applied after cleaning, or mopping, and buffed with a low or high speed machine to restore floor to its original beauty and luster.

The ingredients are water, acrylic co-polymer dispersion, resin solution, polyethylene wax emulsion, tributoxy ethyl phosphate, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether.
