How to Order From Us:
Currently, there are two ways to order.
The first is to send us an email, to the address listed below, and tell us what it is you would like to order. Please provide a delivery address, with postal code, as well as a way to contact you. An email address is sufficient. A phone number is better. We will promptly revert to you with a written quotation, including shipping charges, and a link to our secure server. There you may go online, at your leisure, and complete your order. That's as easy as one, two, three.
The second is to simply call us, at the telephone number listed below. You can tell us what you want, and where you want it delivered. We can take your order, directly, or email you a written quotation. Then, you can follow the same procedure as above to complete your order.
Why don't we simply have a "Shopping Cart," like all of the "other sites?" Well... While some of our products are definitely well suited to this method of selling, many would not be. Often, questions must be answered, delivery options must be carefully considered, and fine tuned, to result in maximum expedience and customer savings. This problem is actually quite complicated, and difficult to handle by an automatic agent. However, we are working on it, and, for customer convenience, will likely implement this type of order capability, on selected products, within the coming months. So, stay tuned!
